5, hydraulic press, hydraulic oil tank cleaning injection of 20#-40# hydraulic oil, using temperature > - 5 DEG C; if the ambient temperature is low, can use a similar hydraulic oil viscosity, low freezing point. Hydraulic oil must be joined by 80 - 100 mesh screen.

6, mechanical or hydraulic press device, switch on the power, start the motor should work correctly. When the hydraulic pressure is pressing, the pressure gauge should rise steadily, the hydraulic system has no leakage phenomenon, adjust the working pressure of the hydraulic station according to the size of the model correctly. After the test, if the fuel tank is found to be insufficient, it should be supplemented.
