1) press installation, first check the concrete foundation structure, neat, strong; when unloading in order to facilitate the operation of pedestrian flow requirements, press the need to stay around the width of 1 meters around the channel; frame should be horizontal and diagonal correction, with anchor bolt tail plate fixed legs, legs without cylinder fixed, and contact surface smoothing requirements to ensure that it remains free, certain displacement under the state of stress.

2) check the filter frame of the connection bolts are tightened, the filter plate arrangement is neat, the hole is open to the liquid outlet, filter confidential faucets installed at the lower end of the filter plate and tighten; if the user requires the use of a liquid receiving plate or a turning plate, the base should be higher than a certain size of foundation surface set aside a liquid receiving plate or board space.

3) filter plate to neatly arranged on the machine frame, not allowed to tilt phenomenon, so as not to affect the normal use of filter cloth; must keep smooth, can be folded, otherwise there will be leakage phenomenon; the use of cloth for bolts must be tightened evenly, the cloth close to the inlet, or it will make filter pulp enters between filter cloth and the filter plate, affect the normal use of filter press.

4) hydraulic station installation position can be determined according to the actual site (some models have to pump and electric box installed on the machine frame), pipe as short as possible, the shortest distance is within 1.5 meters; the hydraulic station should leave the place for discharging farther, lest material falls on the hydraulic station above, affect the normal use of liquid pressure element or motor; check the tubing connection is loose, the tank is clean, then filled with HM46 or HM68 anti-wear hydraulic oil into the oil tank.

5) such as corrosive gas users, the electric control cabinet should be installed in isolation and corrosive gases in the operating room, to avoid damage to electrical components, affect the normal work (other users can install according to the need to check the power supply and motor); other wiring is correct, the power supply is connected to the control cabinet, check again.

6) when the press filter is lifted, the place to be contacted with the lifting shall be padded, cloth or other soft materials.
